Colorado Music Hall of Fame’s mission is to celebrate, promote and support Colorado’s music community.
Colorado Music Hall of Fame is a nonprofit organization that serves Colorado’s music community through:
With more than 60 inductees to date, Colorado Music Hall of Fame continues to celebrate the people and places shaping our state’s music culture. From iconic legends to new voices, honorees are recognized through our classic induction award and newer categories like the Honorary Coloradan Inductee and Community Impact Awards. Induction concerts have featured powerful performances by honorees alongside special guests including The Lumineers, John Oates, Garth Brooks, and more.
In Spring of 2025, The Hall made its move after ten years at the Red Rocks Trading Post to our new home in the Colorado Convention Center. This move allows for future exhibit expansion plans and larger access for Colorado residents and tourists alike.

Raising awareness about Colorado’s vibrant music culture, The Hall celebrates and promotes our music community and history through social media (follow us!), monthly eNews and our website at cmhof.org.
Colorado Music Tourism Strategy was developed in collaboration with our statewide, 60-member Colorado Music Task Force with three clear goals for Colorado: brand Colorado as a music destination; foster a cohesive, collaborative music industry; and champion the value of Colorado’s music economy.
Through The Hall’s “Keep The Beat” mental wellness program, we support Colorado’s music community with financial assistance for mental health and addiction recovery counseling while also raising awareness and sharing resources for our music industry.
The Hall takes an active role in legislative lobbying activities that impact Colorado’s music community. Bills have included: Save Our Stages Act of 2020, that brought $15 billion of COVID-relief funds to independent venues across the U.S.; Colorado 2023 SB-60: Consumer Protection in Event Ticketing Sales; and the American Music Tourism Act of 2025. Additionally, The Hall advocates on a local and statewide level in a myriad of ways, including lobbying Colorado Creative Industries to conduct a follow-up economic impact report focused on Colorado’s music industry.
