As this year comes to a close, we are filled with gratitude for our music community—our supporters, sponsors, volunteers, and each and every one of you who make this work possible. We are incredibly proud of all that the Colorado Music Hall of Fame accomplished in 2025 and are even more excited for what 2026 will bring. Thanks to your support, here are just a few highlights we were proud to celebrate this year:
Celebrating Colorado’s Music Culture
- INDUCTIONS
- Jazz Aspen Snowmass & its founder Jim Horowitz were inducted into The Hall during the Labor Day Experience in Aspen, Colorado on August 31st.

-
- Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats were inducted into The Hall on December 11th, night two of their 2-night 20th concert anniversary and 10th anniversary album release show at Mission Ballroom.
- Nathaniel Rateliff was featured on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon where he proudly shared about his induction into Colorado Music Hall of Fame.

- EXHIBITS
- An exciting new chapter for expansion, The Hall moved in the spring of this year to the Colorado Convention Center with future plans to expand and welcome more guests to our exhibit space. Our relocation to downtown Denver reflects The Hall’s long-term vision to create larger exhibits and provide opportunities that deepen connections between music, history, and our community.
- PROGRAMMING
- We launched Front Row & Center, a new program at our exhibit in the Colorado Convention Center featuring Colorado Music Hall of Fame inductees in an intimate Q&A session with our community during happy hour.
- This year we had the pleasure of Chuck Morris and Lannie Garrett joining us for the program sessions, and more Front Row & Center dates with Hall inductees will be announced in 2026!
Promoting Colorado Music
- SHOWCASING Colorado’s musical talent
- The Hall is committed to uplifting local musicians, and several artists perfomed at at our events this year including: 2023 Inductee Hazel Miller & Her Trio, Clay Street Unit, Yucasoul and Britt Devens!

- The Colorado Music Tourism Strategy was developed in collaboration with our statewide, 60-member Colorado Music Task Force with three clear goals for the Colorado music community:
- Brand Colorado as a music destination
- Foster a cohesive, collaborative music industry
- Champion the value of Colorado’s music economy

Supporting Colorado’s Music Community
- KEEP THE BEAT
- We provided several mini grants this year through our Keep The Beat program to provide accessible mental health and addiction recovery counseling resources to our musicians and music community.
- MUSIC SURVEY
- There were over 1300 respondents to our music survey as part of our Colorado Music Tourism Strategic Plan, helping to further understand how music impacts residents, tourists and music industry professionals’ lives.
- ENCORE LEGACY PARTNERS PROGRAM
- We launched the Encore Legacy Partners Program, a new way of making a gift or donation to The Hall which was inspired by board emeritus Phil Lobel’s incredible generosity this holiday season. He was featured in an interview with Michael Roberts where he shared about his journey and what led him to make this legacy gift.

Your support continues to make our mission to celebrate, promote and support Colorado’s music community possible.
Will you make a year-end gift to The Hall to keep this momentum in 2026?
