Do you have a favorite Colorado musician, venue, or music community champion that you’d love to see recognized by the Colorado Music Hall of Fame? Colorado Music Hall of Fame honorees include musicians, music industry professionals, venues, and organizations that have made a lasting impact on Colorado’s music culture.
We’re excited to introduce two new nomination categories that allow us to further celebrate the people and organizations shaping Colorado’s iconic music scene. The Honorary Coloradan category expands our traditional Colorado Music Hall of Fame inductions to recognize individuals outside of Colorado whose work has had a significant and lasting impact on our state’s music culture. The Community Impact Award broadens our recognition beyond inductees to honor local individuals, businesses, and organizations creating meaningful impact within Colorado’s music communities.
Each year, the Colorado Music Hall of Fame volunteer board of directors reviews nominations and votes on an induction and award class. All nominations not selected remain in The Hall’s nomination database for annual review. Submit your nomination below.
Categories
Colorado Music Hall of Fame Inductee:
Colorado’s music superstars (musicians, bands, music industry leaders, music venues, music organizations) who have changed the music landscape not just in Colorado but also on the national and/or international ‘stage.’
Honorary Coloradan Inductee:
A musician or band from outside of Colorado who have had a profound musical impact in our state.
Community Impact Award:
Musicians, bands, music industry leaders, music educators, venues, businesses, organizations and community members who have significantly influenced Colorado’s local music communities.
